Welcome to SkyEcoTech. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website (skyecotech.pk) and your purchase of products from our store. By browsing the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. About Us

2. Products and Pricing

All prices on this website are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We work hard to keep product information, images and prices accurate. If we discover a pricing or listing error after you place an order, we will contact you before processing it, and you may choose to proceed at the corrected price or cancel for a full refund.

All products we sell are 100% genuine, sealed original stock. Product availability is not guaranteed until your order is confirmed.

3. Orders and Payment

When you place an order, you will receive a confirmation by email or WhatsApp. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example where stock is unavailable, payment cannot be verified or delivery is not possible to your address. Accepted payment methods are shown at checkout.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We deliver nationwide across Pakistan through trusted courier partners. Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates and may vary by city and courier conditions. Customers in Lahore may also choose free local pickup. Risk in the products passes to you on delivery.

5. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are handled under our Return and Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms. Please review it before placing an order.

6. Warranty

Products covered by an official brand or distributor warranty will be clearly identified on the product page. Warranty claims are processed according to the brand or distributor terms. Warranty does not cover physical damage, liquid damage, misuse or unauthorised repairs.

7. Your Account

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account. Please provide accurate information and keep it up to date so we can deliver your orders correctly.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse this website, including attempting to gain unauthorised access, placing fraudulent orders, or using our content for commercial purposes without permission. All content on this site, including text, images and branding, belongs to SkyEcoTech or its licensors.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SkyEcoTech is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of this website or our products. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under the laws of Pakistan.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and any disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Lahore.

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
